First you will need to download the file as mentioned above. Unzip the file to your computer. You will then need to create a database on your server and a MYSQL user who has no restrictions. Then follow these steps:
* Rename the wp-config-sample.php file to wp-config.php
* Then open the wp-config.php into your usual text editor and fill in your data base details (user name ,password etc)
* Place the Wordpress files on your web server (where you would like to access them from)
* Run the Wordpress installation script. This is done by accessing the wp-admin/install.php in your browser.

You do not need much experience to install and make use of Wordpress. You will however need access to some software and the internet in order to get things going. You will need FTP access for your website. This you can usually obtain from your hosting company.You will need an FTP client, text editor and a browser.
